Happy Monday! Last week was a good one for me – I hope you enjoyed yours! I did have a few slip ups but I did get to the gym 3 times, drank a ton of water and made a conscious effort to walk more throughout the day. I’m learning to accept that I’m not always going to be perfect at dieting and when I mess up, it doesn’t need to ruin the entire day/week. Still a work in progress!
Here are my goals for the week of February 13:
- Go to the gym at least 4 times this week
- Including 1 spin class
- Do yoga on the days I don’t go to the gym
- Drink 100 oz of water a day
- Make every meal at home
- Get at least 8 hours of sleep every night
