I got pretty overwhelmed with my goals last week [which is ridiculous because they weren’t anything crazy] and ended up totally avoiding everything I planned on focusing on. [insert seriously unimpressed emoji face here] I wrote my #WWLG week 1 recap and included that I’ve been in a “funk” lately where I’ve been feeling very unmotivated. I allowed myself to become overwhelmed with the goals and then each day that I didn’t follow my plan, I became discouraged. This week, my goals are going to be basic. I don’t want to make anything complicated or set goals for specific days. I just generally want to get back on track.
Week #2 Goals
- Record weight on Monday
- Go to the gym
- Drink 8 cups of water everyday
- Get at least 6 hours of sleep every night [this will be an improvement to what I’ve been getting]
- Pack my lunch every day for work
These are all super simple – I just need to get myself refocused and I’m hoping this is the week that I can get out of my funk and back to finding my motivation.
